How long does it take to setup a
new account?
Setup of your account occurs usually within 24 hours.
Upon receipt of each order our sales department will
process your payment and set up your account. You will
then receive a welcome email containing all the important
information that you will need to access your account.
Do you host foreign domains?
Yes we certainly do.
Can I use my account for commercial
purposes?
Absolutely! The internet has become a very efficient
way of reaching your customers, and we encourage you
to utilize this to your advantage.
What kind of technical support is
available?
We offer our clients email support and unlimited access
to our Support Area which is available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. Phone support can be obtained through
a yearly support contract or a per incident fee. Please
contact our sales
department for more details.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
Yes. The minimum that you may sign up for is one month.
However, you may also sign up for quarterly, bi-yearly,
and yearly plans.
Can I upgrade from one plan to another?
Is there a fee?
You can upgrade your plan at any time. Please contact
us and we will be more than happy to help you. There
is no fee to upgrade. We are just trading one hosting
plan for another.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and
American Express through Paypal.
I want to pay by Check or Money
Order. Is that possible?
Yes, this is possible. You must pre-pay for either a
6 or 12 month plan. Your check must clear before we
will process your account. Please contact
us if you are interested.
Do you really offer a 15 Day Money
Back Guarantee?
Yes we do. If at any time within the 15 days you aren't
completely satisfied you may cancel your hosting account
and receive your money back. This policy does not apply
to any additional services such as shopping carts, overages,
additional disk space, etc.
Will I have unlimited access to
update my pages?
Yes. You will have unlimited access to your account.
Am I be able to access my site
with and without www?
Yes. You will be able to access your site with or without
www. Ex.. http://www.yourdomain.com or http://yourdomain.com
Are there any restrictions on my
sites content?
Yes. We will not host Adult Sites. Also, spamming and
any copyright infringement issues, problems, et cetera
will result in closure of your account. Please see our
